class player

The player class, derived from base_image class handles all player-related action.

As with the other classes the remove(), action() and draw() method should be committed for every frame.

The instance of player stays in scoop throughout the game.
(even if his lives value shows zero, then this object is kept in "dead" state)
Thus a join/continue can be done at any point in the game.

The player object should be disposed in the game-cleanup stage.
